The Spanish government through its embassy representative Miguel Angel Barba has turned-over to the Department of Education 5 newly constructed school buildings in Carmen, Agusan del Sur for Elementary schools. It was build under the assistance of the Spanish monarchical government through its Education program.
DepEd stress that elementary school buildings were build through Principal-Led School Building Program which empowers school heads in decision-making and in efficiently managing schools.
This is a program aim of decentralizing construction management, principal empowerment and active participation of the nearest community specially school PTA, local government unit and concern business industry.
Spanish government also choose some schools in Bicol and CARAGA which will receives reading materials, reading standards and assessment tools. SBM also grants the school financial support worth PhP50,000 and training programs on Elementary Reading Program and School Improvement Plan preparation, implementation and monitoring.

if the schools WERE BUILT under the Spanish monarchial government, i am just curious, how do we coordinate with interested governments or countries? i mean, how do they get interested and how do we get such opportunities?
