To help develop our high school students oral proficiency in English, DepED Cebu is announcing the conduct of the 2009 Secondary School's Speech Choir Competition with the theme: "Spreading the Yuletide Spirit through English".

Contest criteria, rules and mechanics agreed during the October 21, 2009 English Coordinators' Conference are enclose. The venue for the finals will be announced later.
