The Nestle Philippines makers of Milo will conduct the 35th National MILO Marathon in key cities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao from July to Dec 2011. This is the biggest longest and grandest national running event in the Philippines that started way back in 1974.

Last year was the launching of the Help Give Shoes advocacy program where more than 4000 Paris of running shoes were donated to 18 public schools nationwide. This year the program will be handing out 10000 pairs of running shoes to 36 public schools in LVM. In this regards, teachers and students are encourage to participate in the races. regional directors are also requested to attend the awarding of shoes in their respective regions.
