On another clean aspect, Luistro publicized that the DepEd will guarantee that athlete screening process and games officiating are going to be clean and reasonable to all consistent with the real spirit of the sporting event.

"The Palaro is a location for values formation among our junior, this is where positive Filipino principles should apply," he explained.

Luistro added that the Palaro ought not to be made a once-a- year event but a consistent activity to really produce the athletic power and sportsmanship of the young.
