The nation's Commission regarding Culture as well as the Arts (NCCA) along with the Department involving Education are selling a scholarship or grant for community school educators in cultural education to expand the teachers’ information in Filipino culture in addition to their application in culture-based teaching associated with basic schooling.

Education Admin Armin Luistro said the scholarship program may enrich your teacher-scholars knowledge of the actual culture and the arts and the ways to communicate these phones the students. “This program is very important because it will certainly deepen our teachers’ appreciation involving local record, heritage along with the arts in the context of contemporary Philippine realities that they can can, in turn, impart to students,” extra Luistro.




The first period of the teachers’ scholarship grant for the masteral certificate within culture education and learning will start during the warm months class associated with 2012 whilst the second phase will be in summer time of 2013. Each stage will include 12 models each. Successful graduates with the program have the option to carry on on to the Learn of Schooling, major inside cultural schooling.

The grant program is a ladderized programs designed for open public school instructors of any area of interest. Interested candidates may submit an application for the scholarship grant in any of the over HEIs nearest to them.
